Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Preparing and collating reports
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Prioritising work as per deadlines
  • Liaising with various departments
  • Logging or processing bills / expenses
  • Booking meetings or appointments with the Director according to his Calendar with HODs, other team members or external parties
  • Collecting grievances, tasks or suggestions from the team or external stakeholders and collating and presenting them to the Director as and when they arrive.
  • Creating a daily schedule for the Director based on meetings, tasks or other agendas.
  • Research, development and execution of business ideas

Job Description:

We have an opening for an Executive- Administration at Innovine Solutions LLP (Birla Open Minds Education Ltd) at Churchgate, Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

  • Taking care of all the travel management for the group by booking tickets/hotels, etc. timely as per policies
  • Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Stationery printing to be taken ahead as per requirement
  • Visitor management to be taken care of along with guest arrangements (food, travel, etc.)
  • To oversee and arrange the repair work, hygiene and cleanliness of the facility
  • Supervise housekeeping and peon staff & divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Courier management
  • Renewal of AMC's and Contracts (Pest Control, Canteen,

Finance :

  • To ensure positive financial health of the school through strict vigilance on expenses
  • To make strategies on effective cost cutting at the school while maintaining highest level of quality as per brand norms
  • To prepare weekly/ monthly financial MIS and share the same with HOD

Marketing/ Branding :

  • To assist in planning marketing strategies at local levels with HO mkt team and implement the same as per timelines
  • Plan and implement events at school for brand building in the locality

Administration / Operations :

  • To ensure that highest standards of hygiene are always maintained at the school
  • To ensure that all SOPs/ Policies are followed strictly by all departments

Position : Pre - Primary Head

Location: Mazgaon , Mumbai.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the admissions at the centre.

  • Academics

  • Ensure that the teachers go through the plans and are prepared for the class.
  • Ensure missing items are replaced and damaged equipment is repaired.
  • Send regular feedback at the end of a theme to the Central Office.
  • Any queries & clarification in terms of implementation of given plan, to be consulted with the academic team.
  • Should be well aware of the academic progress and emotional and physical well-being of each student with the teachers.

Job Description:

  • Purpose: To serve as the chief administrator of a school in developing and implementing policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and the professional development of each staff member.

  • Responsibilities

  • General Planning: conceptualizes the broad goals of the school and plans accordingly to ensure that procedures and schedules are implemented to carry out the total school program.
  • General Coordination: ensures that the school program is compatible with the legal, financial and organizational structure of the school system. The principal defines the responsibilities and accountability of staff members and develops plans for interpreting the school program to the community.

Required Candidate Profile :

  • Valid Teaching Credential.
  • B.Ed and Masters degree, preferably related to curriculum or instructional leadership.
